The KFB-A (B) series fire (dual-use) energy-saving and low-noise cabinet centrifugal fan has the advantages of novel structure, beautiful appearance, easy installation, convenient maintenance, low noise, high temperature resistance, and large air volume. It can be used in both industrial and civil buildings for ventilation and smoke exhaust.

The KFB-A (B) series products are widely used in places that require fire protection and ventilation, such as hotels, universities, hotels, auditoriums, theaters, high-end residential buildings, and industrial and mining enterprises. It can also be used in conjunction with central air conditioning systems and purification systems. This product has a wide selection range and low noise, which can replace some medium and low pressure centrifugal fans and medium and high pressure axial fans.

Structural characteristics

The main component of the KFB-A-I fan, the impeller, is produced using molds based on the digestion and absorption of products from the American LAU Industrial Company, and is a multi blade forward curved blade impeller. Choose Japanese "NSK" bearings and toothed V-belts.

The main components of the KFB-B-II fan are the impeller, which consists of backward inclined circular arc blades, curved wheel cover, flat plate middle plate, and cast steel hub. Compared with Type I, the wind pressure is higher at the same flow rate. Choose Japanese "NSK" bearings and toothed V-belts.

The fan adopts a belt transmission method, with different speeds to meet different requirements. Special models and data can be designed and manufactured separately.

The A-series cabinet centrifugal fan can operate normally for 30 minutes at an ambient temperature of around 280 ℃ to achieve the purpose of fire and smoke exhaust.

Installment and use

Both floor and ceiling can be installed (shock absorbers are required), and ventilation, air supply, and pipeline pressurization can be used (soft connections are required). Bearings should be lubricated every three months.


The gas should not contain any viscous substances, and the dust and hard particles should not exceed 150mg/m3. The gas temperature in the B-type fan case should not exceed 80 ℃.
